I love your eyes, your nose, your lips, your everything,
I can’t choose just one.
Butterflies in my belly whenever you’re near,
tornados in my head because I can’t think when you’re around.
You’ve made me feel so much in such a short span of time,
and I never knew love could be like this.
The only love I ever see is the ones my parents show,
and they don’t even show me that much.
You on the other hand, you’ve been there for me since day one,
And you’ve never left since.
You rode out the bad times and stayed for the good times,
Which were made even better because you were there. By my side.
So, this valentine’s day, I’d just like to thank you.
To thank you for your love, to thank you for your patience,
to thank you for your trust,
because without you,
there wouldn’t be a me.
Or at least the current me.
