“Trick or Treat!!” – the infallible sales pitch used by children all over the world to obtain their beloved teeth-corroding treasure that is candy. Note how the phrase has evolved from a question to a straight-up statement. The ancient tradition of trick-or-treating goes way back to the invention of Halloween.

We all have a little bit of Technicolor in our lives; at least I hope all of you have. I am lucky to have been born into a family and to a society where girls are valued, where I am treated equally, where my opinions matter, and where I grew up knowing that pretty much anything is possible.
What, exactly, is freedom of speech?
Is it the right to speak out loud?
Is it the right to express our opinions and thoughts without fear of reprisal? Without reprisal itself?
In all honesty, it is all of them.
However, though many of us believe in it, do we live it? Understand it?
Even though it is rarely enforced, Malaysia has laws that provide for whipping and up to a 20-year prison sentence for homosexual acts involving either men or women. Laws and regulations aside, short anonymous interviews were conducted with the LGBT community of Sunway University to understand their side of the story.
Voicing for a role is never an easy feed and it takes hard work, passion as well as dedication to be a good seiyuu. The road to success in the industry is a challenging one and all seiyuu must go through a lot of hurdles, training in order to succeed.
Malaysia has recently hit a rough patch, with the news of the GST implementation assailing the people. However, GST is a good thing for Malaysia; it’s not tragic. That’s right, it doesn’t make people sad. It just makes people irritated, and it’s a well-known fact that when people are indignant and fired up, they do everything more intensely.
It’s safe to say that every educational institution should have a structure of student rights. Just like consumer, constitutional and civil rights, these rights are no less important in protecting its target group – students.
