Astrology With Echo: Libra Season

Libra season (September 23 – October 22) is upon us. This season, we see a change in scenery, as we welcome the autumn equinox in the northern hemisphere, which is a turning point of seasons. Thus, we move on from the hardworking Virgo season (check out our article here) and step into this airy, light zodiac’s period.

Libras are all about relationships, as their ruling planet is Venus, which is the planet of love and abundance, therefore this season is filled with heart-fluttering romance (this may be a bit difficult in a post COVID world). Whether you’re in a committed relationship or not, these affectionate vibes are rubbing off on your relationships with family, friends, and significant others.

This zodiac’s mantra is all about balance, which is a stark difference from Virgo’s inherent trait to hustle and work hard. It’s time to take a step back and find that balance between your work and personal life. Take this time to focus on yourself and your well-being.

Libras possess many admirable traits such as their charming and flirtatious nature, which appeals to anyone and everyone. People gravitate towards them because of this and are magnetically drawn to them. Other notable traits would be their fairness and understanding. Libras are very pragmatic and make smart decisions. They’re not one to act on their impulses and do something reckless. They’re also very perceptive and are able to read between the lines when it comes to how other people are feeling.

On the other hand, their negative traits include having a tendency of being lazy. Libras have been known to take the easy way out and to avoid difficult tasks. They can also be indecisive, as they are the sign of the scales, making it quite impossible for them to make decisions as they tend to weigh out every pro and con of situations before they can come to a conclusion. Lastly, like most of us at times, Libras can be unreliable. This is because of their multifaceted personalities that they’re unable to take a stand for something.

  1. Love and Relationships

When it comes to Libras and relationships, they go all in. They don’t hold back as they love to love and give their all to their romantic partners. However, this may lead to them ignoring their own wants and needs, which is unfortunately never good. Libras must remember that it’s very important to maintain balance in a relationship and to not neglect themselves. As they say, you can’t pour from an empty cup.

  1. Friends and Family

Libras are very open-minded people and they never judge a book by its cover. They always strive to find the deeper meaning of things, and that’s what makes them such good friends. They’ll make sure that a friendship will last and will do their best to maintain the bond.

Libras are also very good at mediating family issues as they’re diplomatic. They don’t mind listening to differing opinions and always look for the calmest way to tackle a situation. As aforementioned, since Libra is the sign of the scales, they’ll always try to maintain the peace. They try to avoid conflict at any cost and rather find an alternative way to deal with a tough situation.

  1. Wealth and career

Libras are a creative force to be reckoned with when it comes to their career. They don’t like to see their job as work, but rather a hobby – something they enjoy doing. They’re always looking for ways to make their work fun as they thrive in low drama environments. Libras are very expressive and so will always go for a career that allows them to be just that.

However, as Libras often view their work as “fun”, they may find it difficult to work towards a higher salary. Although they love a fat paycheck, they have a hard time using their skills to earn more, as they always try to maintain peace and not disrupt it.

Overall, Libras are sweethearts who believe that kindness and empathy are of the utmost importance. To see how much of a Libra you are yourself, take this quiz over here!
